Employee Assessments

The motivators measure the values an employee brings to the organization. The motivators answer the question: Why the employee would do the job. The behavioral traits measure the behavioral styles and emotions of the employee. The behavioral traits answer the question: How the employee would perform the job. The attributes measure the specific talents or personal skills an employee possesses. The personal skills and capacities answer the questions: Can and Will the employee be able to do the job. In addition, we conduct 360° surveys to measure employee performance and identify development needs.
